Product Description
Hot dip galvanized steel grating is fabricated by welding bearing flat bars and twisted cross bars tightly together. Two mainstream production technologies are available: automatic high-pressure press welding and manual welding. Press-welded grating features solid welding spots, high structural strength and stable performance, while manually welded grating works well for light-load projects with cost advantages. Featured with high strength and lightweight structure, outstanding anti-corrosion performance after hot dip galvanized treatment, the grating avoids dirt, rainwater and snow accumulation and requires minimal daily maintenance.
It performs excellently in ventilation, daylight transmission, heat dissipation, anti-slip and wind resistance. Widely applied in petrochemical plants, power stations, wastewater treatment projects, municipal construction, shipyards, ports and parking lots as industrial platforms, access walkways, stair treads, drainage covers and protective railings. All sizes and load parameters can be customized to match individual project needs.
