Heavy Duty HDG Cross Braced Steel Support Frame For Highway Safety Structure & Industrial Platform
Product Description
Hot dip galvanized welded truss frame bracket is prefabricated heavy-duty steel assembly fabricated from Q235 square steel tubes, with integrated cross X-type bracing welded inside the outer rectangular frame to greatly enhance overall structural rigidity, wind resistance and anti-deformation performance. End connection flange plates with pre-drilled mounting holes are reserved for fast bolt connection with upper and lower structural components.
All welding work is finished in factory, then the whole frame goes through full hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, forming uniform 60–120μm zinc coating to block moisture, coastal salt mist, road deicing salt and industrial corrosives, adapting to long-term outdoor service for photovoltaic power stations, highway safety projects and factory operation platforms.
Overall frame size, square tube specification, cross bracing layout, flange hole spacing can be fully customized according to construction drawings. No on-site welding is required during installation, workers only need to fasten bolts at end flanges to complete assembly and shorten construction period.
Packing options include steel strapping bundling and wooden case packaging. We provide 1-year quality warranty under standard installation and normal service. Our factory holds ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 three-system certifications, complete welding inspection and anti-corrosion test reports can be supplied for overseas engineering bidding.
