High Load Bearing Corrugated Cold Rolled Steel Profile For Warehouse Concrete Floor Bearing Plate

Product Description

Wave Cold Formed Steel Deck, is a customized special cold rolled profile made of premium Q235 carbon steel coil via continuous room-temperature cold bending forming. Different from single C channel, it features two parallel integrated U-shaped grooves in one piece, forming stable double-track structure, which can bear two groups of sliding parts, pulleys or guide rollers at the same time, saving installation space and improving structural stability.

The raw black steel blank can be processed with full hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, forming a uniform zinc coating of 60–120μm. Compact zinc layer isolates moisture, salt mist and acid-alkali corrosive medium, achieving long-term rust-free performance in coastal workshops, open-air photovoltaic power stations, logistics warehouses and outdoor mechanical equipment.

We support full customized production: groove width, channel depth, steel thickness, total length and groove spacing can be adjusted according to project drawings. Round or slotted mounting holes can be pre-punched on the flat base for fast on-site assembly, fixed firmly by bolts and nuts to shorten construction cycle.

Two packing options are available: plastic bag packing or carton box packing. We provide 1-year quality warranty under standard installation and normal usage. Our factory owns ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 three-system certifications, and complete inspection test reports can be supplied for overseas project bidding.
