Hot dip galvanized C purlin is a lightweight and high-strength cold formed steel profile widely used in solar mounting systems, industrial buildings, warehouse structures, agricultural greenhouses, and steel frame construction projects.
Manufactured from Q235 carbon steel coils through continuous cold roll forming technology, the C-shaped section provides excellent bending strength, dimensional accuracy, and material efficiency. Compared with traditional hot rolled steel sections, cold formed C purlins feature a lighter structure, optimized cross-section design, and easier installation.
The entire profile can be processed with hot-dip galvanizing treatment, creating a uniform zinc protective layer of 60–120μm.
