Motor Stator and Rotor Stampings
We specialize in manufacturing laminations using all grades of silicon steel, including both fully processed and semi-processed steel. Our product range includes stators and rotors, field and armatures — available as loose laminations, interlocked cores, or auto-riveted cores.
We produce a wide variety of motor cores, such as:
AC/DC motor stators and rotors
Induction motor stators
Brushless motor stators and rotors
Stepper motor stators and rotors
Switched reluctance (SR) motor stators and rotors
Permanent magnet (PM) motor stators and rotors
Universal motor stators and rotors
We also offer tooling solutions for EI laminations, stator and rotor core production — with or without riveting. If your production volume is relatively low or involves custom-designed electrical stator and rotor cores, we can also handle the punching of laminations for you.
METS Precision-Tool utilizes a comprehensive suite of advanced 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software to design, develop, and optimize die layouts (see full software list below). Our engineering capabilities allow us to design and manufacture tooling for a wide range of applications.
For high-volume production, we build robust, long-lasting dies that deliver consistent performance over time. For prototyping and low-volume production, we also offer cost-effective tooling solutions tailored for sampling and product development stages.
Die protection is a key priority in our design process. METS Precision-Tool can integrate sensors and monitoring systems into the tooling to help prevent costly damage and ensure reliable operation throughout the production cycle.
