The 60/40 copper-zinc alloy combines excellent electrical conductivity (≥27 % IACS) with spring resilience, while optional tin-nickel or gold plating further improves solderability and corrosion resistance.
Micron-level accuracy – ±0.05 mm ensures repeatable press-fit or IDC engagement.
High conductivity brass – low contact resistance, ideal for signal or power paths.
Custom slot geometry – vent, keyway or IDC design machined into the die per drawing.
