Manufacturing Process
Raw material selection and straightening.
Precision cutting of bearing bars and cross bars to tolerance.
Welding/press-locking/riveting under controlled jig to ensure uniform panel flatness.
Edge folding or frame welding for torsional stiffness.
Surface treatment (galvanize/paint) and load testing per batch.
Identification tagging with part number, material and load rating.
Installation Guidance
Use supplied clamp kits or countersunk bolts for a flush finished surface.
Maintain specified gap for thermal movement (typically 3-5 mm).
Provide proper support spacing per load rating tables.
For heavy-duty or vehicular areas use reinforced edges and continuous support beams.
Maintenance & Replacement
Routine inspection for coating damage and debris clearing keeps performance optimum. Damaged panels can be lifted and swapped using simple lifting lugs or clamps. Recoat touch ups recommended in high wear zones.
Packaging & Lead Time
Panels are stacked with timber separators, wrapped in protective film and secured on pallets or steel skids. Typical lead time 10-25 working days depending on material and volume. Export crating and labeling available.
