Description
Gabion Mesh is a versatile and durable construction material made from twisted or welded steel wire, forming cages or boxes filled with stones. Widely used in erosion control, retaining walls, and landscaping, it offers high strength, permeability, and flexibility. Common coatings include galvanized, PVC-coated, and Galfan for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Our gabion baskets are crafted from high-tensile steel wire (350-550 N/mm²) with hot-dipped galvanized (Zn 200-300g/m²) or PVC coating for long-term durability. The double-twisted hexagonal mesh prevents unraveling even if wires are cut, making it ideal for harsh environments.
Introduction
1. Materials: hot dipped galvanized wire or PVC coated galvanized wire, Galfan coated wire ( Zinc 95% + 5% Aluminum).
2. Zinc coating : 225-275g/m2.
3. Tensile strength between 380N/mm2 -- 500N/mm2.
4. Elongation≥ 12%.
5.Wire Diameter:2.4-3.5mm
