The Y81QF-800-1 hydraulic scrap metal baler is engineered for industrial facilities and steel plants that process large volumes of mixed scrap metals. Equipped with PLC automation and HMI human-machine interface, the baler provides real-time machine monitoring, allows operators to track bale counts, and minimizes manual labor, supporting daily scrap processing of 50–120 tons.
The main cylinder generates high-pressure compression, supported by dual side cylinders. The cover door cylinder and door lock cylinder secure the press box during operation. Scrap is fed into the material chamber, and the PLC system controls stroke, cycle timing, and hydraulic pressure, producing uniform high-density bales.
The bale turn-out cylinder ejects finished bales automatically. Operators can monitor the process via HMI, track production counts, and check system status, ensuring smooth operation with minimal manual handling.
