How It Works

Materials enter the hopper (2400×1600 mm) and then the material box (2000×1200×800 mm). The Master Cylinder (1 unit, 1600 KN) and Side Cylinders (2 units, 800 KN each) compress UBC CANS or other light metals into uniform bales. The side push-out system ejects the finished bales automatically. Each cycle is ~45 seconds, producing 2.66 tons of UBC CANS per hour (~133 bales).
