Raw materials are fed into the hopper (2400×1600 mm) and then enter the material box (2000×1200×800 mm). The Master Cylinder (1 unit, 1600 KN) and Side Cylinders (2 units, 800 KN each) compress the materials into standardized bales. The compressed UBC CANS are ejected via the side push-out system. The entire process is managed by the PLC control system, which ensures consistent bale weight and size. Each cycle takes approximately 45 seconds, achieving a production efficiency of 2.66 tons of UBC CANS per hour (~133 bales), with each bale weighing about 20 kg and a density of 800–900 kg/m³.
