Hydraulic scrap shear with cover pressing system for bulky and irregular scrap steel cutting. Designed with three cover cylinders, twin shearing cylinders and a 7500 mm feeding box.
The hydraulic scrap shear with cover pressing system is designed for scrap materials that are bulky, loose or difficult to control during feeding.
In scrap recycling operations, oversized steel plates, structural steel pieces and mixed heavy scrap may move during cutting if they are not properly pressed. The Q91Y-700W uses a cover pressing structure to help hold the material before shearing.
This model combines three door cover cylinders, a hydraulic pusher and twin shearing cylinders, making it suitable for scrap yards and steel recycling plants that process irregular ferrous scrap.
The machine uses three YG160/100 door cover cylinders, each with 500KN full thrust and 920 mm stroke.
This cover pressing structure helps control loose or bulky scrap before the cutting action.
The machine is also equipped with two YG200/140 clamping cylinders, each with 800KN full thrust and 1000 mm stroke.
