The Q91Y-700W hydraulic scrap shearing machine is designed to cut heavy scrap steel into shorter sections for furnace charge preparation. With a 700 ton shearing capacity, twin 3500KN shearing cylinders and a 7500 mm feeding box, it can process steel plates, round steel, square steel and other ferrous scrap within the specified material range.
This machine is suitable for steel plants, scrap processing centers and recycling companies supplying prepared scrap to steel mills.
The machine helps reduce oversized steel scrap into shorter sections, making it easier to handle, transport and prepare for furnace charging.
The 1600 mm blade length supports cutting of wider scrap sections, including steel plate scrap and structural steel pieces within the stated cutting range.
