Product Introduction:
Tapered roller bearings have specially designed raceways and asymmetrical rollers. The bearings can accommodate axial loads acting in one direction and simultaneously acting radial loads. The load is transmitted between the raceways via the rollers at an angle to the bearing axis, while the flange guides the rollers.
Taper roller bearings contain four main components:the inner rings,the outer ring(or cup),the tapered rolling elements,and the roller retainer(or cage).These bearings are specially engineered with tapered angles to accommodate both radial loads and thrust in housings and on rotating shaft assemblies.The sheerer the angel of the cup taper,the higher the thrust load tolerance of the taper roller bearing.
