Oversized aluminum and steel frames, base plates and automation equipment structures machined in a single setup on gantry 5-axis centers.
Standard vertical machining centers stop at around 800mm travel, so large fixtures, machine bases and automation frames are usually split into several pieces and bolted together. That joint becomes the weakest point for geometry and vibration. Our gantry machining service handles the whole part at once, which keeps datum alignment, hole patterns and flatness consistent across the full length of the workpiece.

Aluminum 6061-T6, 6082-T6, 7075-T6; carbon steel Q235, Q345B, 45#; stainless steel 304, 316L, 17-4PH; plus titanium Grade 5 and engineering plastics such as POM and PEEK on request. Mill certificates are supplied with the inspection package.
Clear or color anodizing, hard anodizing, black oxide, zinc and nickel plating, powder coating, painting to RAL codes, passivation and laser marking. Finishing is quoted together with machining so the final dimension accounts for coating thickness.
Machined faces are protected with rust preventive film, parts are separated by plywood or foam, and the crate is fumigated plywood suitable for export. We handle EXW, FOB Shenzhen and DDP air or sea freight according to your requirement.
