Product Describe:

1. Protection of Electrical Components: Safeguarding internal devices (such as controllers, meters, communication modules, and surge protectors) from external elements like rain, dust, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures, ensuring stable operation in harsh outdoor conditions.
2. Wiring and Connection Management: Organizing and protecting power cables, signal lines, and connectors, preventing short circuits, corrosion, or damage caused by exposure, thus maintaining reliable power supply and signal transmission.
3. Safety Enhancement: Acting as a physical barrier to prevent accidental contact with live parts, reducing risks of electric shock for pedestrians, maintenance personnel, or wildlife.
4. Environmental Adaptability: With IP-rated protection (typically IP54 and above) and durable materials (e.g., stainless steel, galvanized steel), they resist corrosion, rust, and impact, suitable for diverse outdoor scenarios like urban streets, rural areas, and industrial zones.
5. Facilitating Maintenance: Providing easy access via hinged doors or detachable panels, allowing convenient inspection, repair, or replacement of internal components without removing the entire enclosure from the pole.

Common sizes include 250×200×140mm, 300×400×100mm, 250×300×150mm, 500×600×200mm, and 600×800×250mm.

1. Size & Pole Compatibility
Confirm the diameter of the mounting pole (common sizes: 50-150mm) and adjust the internal clamping structure (e.g., using adjustable stainless steel straps) to ensure stable fixation, avoiding loosening due to wind or vibration.
Match internal dimensions to the equipment (e.g., controllers, batteries) with 50-100mm extra space for wiring and heat dissipation.
2. Material & Protection Grade
For general outdoor use (urban streets, parks), choose 1.2-2.0mm cold-rolled steel with anti-rust coating (IP55) to resist rain and dust.
For harsh environments (coastal areas, high humidity regions), opt for 304/316 stainless steel (IP65+) to prevent corrosion from salt spray or moisture.
Add a sloped rainproof top (extending 50-100mm beyond the cabinet) to avoid water accumulation.
3. Functional Add-Ons
Heat Dissipation: Install ventilation grilles or thermostatic fans if housing heat-generating devices (e.g., inverters) to maintain internal temperature below 60°C.
Security: Equip with anti-theft locks (e.g., cylindrical locks with keys) and reinforced hinges to prevent unauthorized access.
Wiring Management: Include internal cable clips, terminal blocks, or cable glands to organize wires and avoid tangling.
4. Installation Convenience
