Double-Line-Wire Automatic Wire Mesh Welding Machine
The double-line- wire automatic wire mesh welding machine is mainly used to weld shaped wire mesh panels.
Feeding mode: the wefts are straightened, cut and then bent on a bending machine to finish an ideal radian; the wefts are straightened, cut and sequentially placed at corresponding positions of a wire placement mold frame.
Welding: The servo motor controls an automatic feeding process to finish welding, and the grids are uniform; pneumatic pressurization is adopted, and welding spots are firm; mesh openings, welding pressure and other welding parameters can be adjusted only by direct input on a touch screen.
Welding finish: meshes are automatically drawn by a stepper motor.
