This high Vacuum Metallizer is making the aluminum metal evaporated and deposited on the surface of the rolled plastic film at a high temperature to form a high-luminance aluminized film under vacuum state. Applicable to aluminization of various materials such as high-end packaging color printing materials,reflective materials, anti-counterfeiting holographic films, etc.

1.Using free suspension coating,completely solved the problem of plating line,no trimming,smooth coating without wrinkles,the aluminum layer is uniform without sputtering,hard to break.
2.Vacuum chamber shape is circular withstand pressure evenly.It can withstand greater air pressure and better use of space. It is very energy-saving and can ensure long-term use and stable work.
3.Coating drum with one set of freezer.
4.New design of evaporation source:(Top clip/Staggered)increased evaporation rate of aluminum,easier to clean up,increased the speed of replacing the evaporation boat,saving the time.
5.Two sticks flattening roller.
6.Double coated drum cooling,increased film brightness and aluminum fastness,at the same time, and it doesn't have to be too cold to cool the aluminum film better.Reduced compressor operation and heating time.extends the life of the device,thereby achieving energy saving effects.
7.Using Germany's most advanced digital control system,4 sets frequency conversion servo motor synchronous drive,constant tension winding.
8.The film roll can be automatically wound up during the winding process.
9.System integrated PLC control stepper motor single,unite wire feeding system.
