Product Description
This model of a flexible turnover rack with an elevated double-layer top frame is constructed using standard 4040 industrial aluminum profiles in an integrated modular design. It features a four-layer multi-passageway smooth track layout, along with an elevated double-layer storage top frame and swivel mobile casters. The gravity-based smooth track ensures the efficient flow of materials in an "first-in, first-out" manner. The top double-layer frame can accommodate various accessories such as lighting, sockets, material hooks, and identification boards. The four-layer vertical tracks enable the layered and categorized storage of multiple types of materials, taking into account functions such as material buffering, tool storage, and workstation auxiliary storage. It is suitable for use in all industries for line-side material turnover.

Four-layer three-dimensional zoned smooth slide: Four layers of independent smooth channels, each layer separated by two channels, can strictly distinguish raw materials, work-in-progress, semi-finished products and defective products. The four-layer large capacity significantly increases the material storage capacity of a single rack.
Adjustable inclined smooth bar: The inclination angle of the slide can be freely adjusted, suitable for different weights of material boxes and carriers. Light and small items automatically slide smoothly, while heavy workpieces remain stable and do not slide out.
Mobile/fixed dual-function structure: Standard equipped with brake-silent casters, and also reserved installation holes for support feet. Can be switched between fixed floor use or all-round mobile use as needed.
