The integrated raising and lowering system allows the entire luminaire ring platform to be lowered to ground level for safe, efficient maintenance. A winch-driven mechanism with stainless steel cables raises and lowers the lighting ring along the pole. Once raised to the top, the platform automatically latches into position. For maintenance, simply release the latch and lower the platform to ground level—no cranes, no climbing, no High-altitude work.
The built-in service platform provides a stable working area for fixture aiming, cleaning, and inspection. This feature is particularly valuable for stadium lighting projects where precise beam angles are critical for game-day visibility.
Q355B structural steel delivers a minimum yield strength of 355MPa (for thickness ≤16mm) and tensile strength of 470–630MPa. This high-strength material enables the pole to withstand extreme wind loads and seismic forces while maintaining a slender, aesthetically pleasing profile.
Our hot-dip galvanized coating meets ISO 1461:2022 specifications. For steel sections over 6mm thickness, the minimum local coating thickness is 70μm, with a mean coating thickness of 85μm. This metallurgically-bonded zinc layer provides cathodic protection—even if the coating is scratched, the surrounding zinc continues to protect the exposed steel. In typical atmospheric environments, this translates to 30+ years of maintenance-free corrosion protection.
All welding operations comply with AWS D1.1 structural welding code, ensuring consistent, high-quality welds that meet the most stringent structural requirements. Each weld is inspected and documented to guarantee full penetration and freedom from defects.
