The process begins with decoiling and leveling, followed by servo feeding into a hydraulic punching unit for pre-punched holes. The double-row guiding system aligns the strip into a gear-box driven roll former with dual sets of forming tools. The tracking cutter then accurately shears the formed trays according to length.
