  • This strut channel is made of galvanized steel, with a thickness of 1.5-2.5mm. It features reinforced edges and a robust profile, ideal for solar PV installations and anti-seismic applications. 3. Production Process

  • Double-Head Hydraulic Decoiler → Guide → Leveling → Roll Forming Machine → Straightening → Flying Hydraulic Punching → Flying Hydraulic Cutting
  • The line begins with a double-head decoiler feeding material into the guide and leveling section, which ensures smooth material handling. The core process involves the 28-station forming machine with an arch frame structure, followed by straightening, punching, and shearing, enabling high-speed, continuous production of precise strut channels.
