1. Production Line Overview

This automated roll forming line is designed for high-precision manufacturing of box beams, primarily used in warehouse pallet racking systems. 2. Profile Description

Box beams are constructed from two interlocked C-profiles, forming a strong rectangular section. Made from 1.5–2.5mm galvanized steel, they provide superior load-bearing capacity for warehouse storage systems. The beams ensure structural stability, durability, and resistance to deformation, making them ideal for high-load pallet racking and industrial shelving applications.

3. Production Process

Decoiler - Guiding - Leveler - Hydraulic Pre Cut - Roll Former - Flying Hydraulic Post-Cut - Transport Table - Seaming Machine - Out Table
The production starts with decoiling and material leveling for uniform thickness. Pre-cutting ensures precise length control. The roll forming section shapes the two C-profiles, followed by post-cutting for clean edges. The seaming machine securely locks both profiles into a box beam structure, ensuring stability before the final output.
