The double-wall forming structure reduces material costs, while servo-driven feeding and hydraulic punching ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customization flexibility.

 

2. Profile Description

  • Metal shelf panels are made from 1.5-2.5mm hot-rolled steel, ensuring durability and strength. Their unique folded-edge design improves structural integrity, while perforations allow for custom shelving configurations. These panels are widely used in warehouses, workshops, and retail spaces. Precision punching and automated forming enhance quality, efficiency, and customization options.

 

3. Production Process

  • 3T Hydraulic Decoiler With Leveler → Servo Feeding → Hydraulic Punching → Guiding → Roll Forming → Hydraulic Cutting & Folding → Out Table
  • The production process starts with material decoiling and leveling, followed by precise servo feeding for hydraulic punching. The roll former, using a double-wall structure, efficiently forms the folded-edge profile. The hydraulic cutting and folding system ensures clean edges and consistent dimensions. The entire process minimizes material waste and maximizes efficiency.
