1. Production Line Overview

2. Profile Description
The W panel is made from 3-4mm cold-rolled steel, featuring a distinct W-shape for maximum strength. It is widely used in highway safety applications, offering excellent durability and crash protection. The panels are precisely formed, punched, and cut for consistent quality and easy installation.
3. Production Process
Decoiler → Guide → Leveling → Hydraulic Punching → Guide → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter
The steel roll is first uncoiled and guided into the leveling machine, which flattens the steel. After leveling, hydraulic punching creates holes as needed. The steel passes through a guide before entering the roll former, which shapes it. Finally, the hydraulic cutter cuts the panel to the required length.
