3. Production Process
5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guide → Leveler → Hydraulic Punching → Hydraulic Pre-cut → Transmission Platform → Roll Former → Auto Stacking
The production line starts with decoiling the steel, followed by feeding it into an independent straightener for smoothing. After hydraulic punching and pre-cutting, the material passes through a transmission platform before the roll former shapes it. Finally, the magnetic stacking system safely collects and organizes the heavy panels.
