  • This roll forming line is designed for manufacturers of heavy-duty warehouse racking systems. It offers high precision and efficiency, especially for perforated upright profiles. 2. Profile Description

  • Made from cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel, thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 2.5mm, this heavy-duty rack upright features complex hole punching for high-precision assembly. It’s used in industrial shelving, heavy-duty racking systems, and warehouse storage applications where high strength and reliability are crucial.

 

3. Production Process

  • Decoiler & Leveler → Servo Feeder → Punching Machine → Guide → Forming Machine → Straightening → Hydraulic cutting
  • The production starts with the uncoiling and leveling of steel, followed by precise feeding into the punching machine. After punching, the material enters the forming machine for precise shaping. The straightening section ensures perfect alignment, and hydraulic cutting provides clean, efficient cutting with no downtime.
