2. Profile Description

  • The Step Beam profile is made from 1.5-2.5mm thick steel, providing robust strength for heavy-duty applications. It features a stepped shape and is commonly used in storage and shelving systems. This profile’s high structural integrity makes it ideal for large-scale industrial racking, offering superior load-bearing capacity and stability.

 

3. Production Process

  • 3T Manual Uncoiler → Leveling → Forming Machine → Flying Spot Welding → Flying Saw Cutting
  • This production line efficiently processes heavy-duty step beams. The material passes through a manual uncoiler, followed by leveling to ensure smooth feed. The forming machine shapes the steel, followed by precise flying spot welding and synchronized saw cutting to produce finished beams with smooth edges and high accuracy.

  • High Productivity: Equipped with flying spot welding and flying saw cutting, enabling continuous production without shutdown, ensuring high efficiency and clean, smooth cut edges.
