The metal ridge cap is made from galvanized or pre-painted steel sheets, with thickness between 0.3–0.6mm. The profile features symmetrical raised peaks and folded edges for water protection and installer safety. It's mainly used in metal roof systems as a joint cover at the ridge section.

Process:
Steel coil is manually loaded and guided into the roll forming unit, where the sheet passes through 17 forming stations to achieve its final shape with folded edges. After shaping, a hydraulic cutter ensures precise cutting to length. The formed ridge cap is then collected on the output table.
