A mini dual-shaft shredder is a compact shredding device featuring two rotating shafts, primarily used for shredding various waste materials.
Appearance and Structure:It is usually composed of a feeding hopper, a shredding chamber. two shafts, blades, and a power system. The feeding hopper is used for putting materials in, and the shredding chamber is where the blades on the two shafts shred the materials.

Working Principle: The main working parts are a pair of relatively rotating shafts equipped with helical gear cutters. When the material enters the machine, it is torn and sheared by the high-hardness wear-resistant blades with staggered rotation, and then split and crushed into smaller pieces, which are forcibly discharged.

05 Blades

1.What materials can it process? Can it shred common items like express delivery packaging and waste plastic bottles?
It has a wide range of applications, capable of tearing through express delivery boxes, plastic bottles, PET bottles, plastic scraps, and small appliance casings. It is compatible with PE, PP, PLA and other plastics, solving the problem of biodegradable material processing. It can process 300-800kg per hour, meeting the needs of small and medium-sized recycling points and factories.
2.Are small machines prone to jamming? Are they complicated to operate?
Less prone to jamming, easy to operate. Dual-axis asynchronous rotation reduces jamming. If jamming occurs, simply press the emergency stop button to resolve the issue; even beginners can learn to operate it in 5 minutes.
3.Compared to large shredders, what are its advantages? What kind of users is it suitable for?
Its advantages are its "small and sophisticated" design: requiring only 1.5 square meters of space and weighing less than 1000 kg, it can be placed in shops or small factories. Suitable for indoor use! The low-speed design (8-15 rpm) ensures noise levels below the volume of everyday conversation. An optional sealed dust collection system can be configured to prevent leakage, making it suitable for factories and street-front shops.
