Twin Shaft Shredder

CR series double shaft shredder adopts double motor and double reducer drive mode, which has stronger shredding capacity. The series of twin shaft shredders are driven by dual motors and dual gearboxes for greater shredding capacity. The power of CR series shredder is 15kW-300kW. It is a heavy duty shear shredder, suitable for processing large volume and high hardness solid waste.

1、Double motor + double reducer drive system, low speed, high torque, strong tearing capacity; 2、High alloy steel cutting tool, wear-resistant and durable, long service life; 3、42CrMo high alloy steel spindle, high processing precision, good mechanical strength, strong impact resistance; 4、Fixed knives are set on both sides of the knife box to prevent the material from being entangled, which can be dismantled independently, easy to dismantle and easy to maintain; 5、Self-aligning roller bearings, four seals, effective dustproof and waterproof; 6、PLC control system, current monitoring, overload protection, automatic reversal, to protect the motor and knife; 7、Long service life of the equipment, low maintenance cost.

1、Overload Protection & Auto Reverse - The shredder includes an electronic protection system that automatically stops and reverses the shredding action when the system is overloaded. This system allows the shredder to clean itself and then automatically continue the shredding process. 2、Advanced Bearing Protection System-Multiple barriers of mechanical labyrinth seals and conventional seals protect expensive bearings and ensure the highest in-line reliability. 3、Efficient Shredding - Pairs of shafts rotate at slightly different speeds to increase the efficiency of the shearing and tearing action. 4、Economical - From the low-speed, high-torque electromechanical drive system to the rugged cutting chamber design, the shredder is designed to be energy efficient and low maintenance. 5、Low Noise and Ballistic-Free Operation - The low-speed, high-torque industrial shredder operates at low noise levels and produces no dust or flying particles. 6、Severe Impact Protection - Cushion drive system absorbs minor impact loads and automatically stops the shredding action when non-shreddable items enter the shredding chamber. 7、High alloy heat-treated knives for extra long life, corrosion and wear resistance. 8、Tapered roller bearings, hexagonal knife shaft, durable.
