◊Double shaft shredder

Double shaft shredder, also known as shear shredder, is composed of national standard pure copper motor, aggravated speed reducer, thickened knife shaft, shredding blade set, carrying box and other main structures, is a kind of coarse shredder, through shearing, tearing and extrusion to achieve the reduction of material size, used to deal with raw materials or Leftover material. The equipment adopts PLC automatic control system, with start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control function, with low rotational speed, high torque, low noise and other characteristics.

Blades made of high hardness alloy: 55Crsi//M6v/H13 for options, according to different material processing, different blade shape, thickness and cutting head quantity providing the optimum solutions.

02 Chamber

Steel plate of crushing chamber is very thick, so very strong and durable, long service life.

The bearing pedestal adopts the split type, easy to maintain and replace the blade.

03 Electric motors

The motor adopts full copper core motor with low energy consumption and strong power, which improves the service life of the machine

04 Reduction gear
