This equipment is specially designed to solve the residual carbon and rust on the wire after pyrolysis. It integrates
high-efficiency crushing, deep rust removal and intelligent sorting, with a daily processing capacity of 5-8 tons and wire purity ≥95%. Equipped with tungsten steel blade and secondary vertical shaft pulverizer, the output steel wire meets the standard of direct smelting or metal reprocessing.
Designed specifically for steel wire after burning of waste tires: an integrated solution to solve the problem of coke residue and rust on the surface of steel wire, with a recovery rate of ≥98%. Industrial-grade processing capacity: 1200-type shredder has a daily processing capacity of 2-4 tons per machine, and the purity of crushed steel wire is ≥95%. Environmental compliance: fully enclosed design + dust collection system, in line with environmental standards for solid waste disposal.
