Product characteristics
Gantry metal shearing machine is mainly used to cut large light metal structural parts made of scrapped billets, square steels, I-beams, channel steels, steel pipes and steel materials into scrap steel suitable for furnace charge. It is an ideal equipment used by steel mills, non-ferrous metal smelting industries, precision casting industries and raw material manufacturers.
Advantages and Features
① In view of the wear characteristics of the relevant parts of the shearing machine, high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel plates are installed on the inner wall of the pressing device, gantry, and push box to effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
② Independent circulation oil return filtration and cooling unit are adopted, and the oil tank has high and low liquid level alarm functions and oil temperature heating devices. The filtration accuracy is 20 microns, and the cooling system is water cooling. 
③ The friction pair of the shearing slider guide rail of the equipment is composed of high-strength wear-resistant copper alloy plate and quenched alloy steel plate, which meets the requirements of equipment, harsh use environment, large equipment load, and large friction. The shearing slider guide rail adopts automatic lubrication, and the shearing cylinder automatically lubricates for 10 seconds every 30 shears. The user can also adjust the lubrication time according to needs (touch screen setting). In order to prevent dry friction from damaging the guide rail, the equipment is set with a lubrication oil cut-off automatic shutdown function.

Hydraulic gantry shears are mainly used for:
Cut and crush various scrap plates, bars, ferroalloy charges, special plates, ship plates from ship recycling yards, automobiles, metal briquettes, iron filings and other scrap steel at one time, thereby replacing manual dismantling in order to reduce production costs and achieve high efficiency , convenient effect. For I-beams, tracks, light steel materials, steel bars, steel plates, nickel plates, steel plates, round steel, steel pipes, scrap copper, scrap steel, scrap iron, light metal structural parts, stainless steel, metal briquettes, automobile bodies, aluminum alloys, Cold shearing of various metal materials such as copper, iron filings, steel wire, and metal briquettes.
