Products Description

Tire shredder is a mechanical device specially used for processing waste tires. It uses mechanical force to break down the whole tire into smaller rubber blocks or strips for subsequent resource utilization. Tire shredder is a coarse crushing equipment in the field of resource recycling. It is designed for the high elasticity and high toughness of tires. It can directly process whole tires with steel wires (usually less than 2000mm in diameter) without removing the ring wire in advance. It forms a technical complement with the tire shredder: the shredder produces 50-150mm strips (low-speed shearing), and the shredder further processes it into 5-20mm particles (high-speed impact

The tire recycling line can effectively realize the automatic separation of materials such as rubber, steel wire, nylon fiber,

7,Vibrating screen: sorting different sizes of rubber particles, and returning the over-sized particles to the crusher for secondary crushing
