Domestic waste mainly includes recyclables, kitchen waste and other non-recyclables. Domestic waste treatment solutions usually include: 1. Feeding system: Automatically feed domestic waste into the treatment line and remove large items through pre-treatment equipment. 2. Classification system: Use airflow sorting, vibrating screen and other technologies to separate garbage into recyclables (such as paper, plastic, glass, etc.) and non-recyclables. 3. Sorting system: Through manual sorting, the subdivided garbage is further sorted and processed. 4. Compression/crushing system: Compress or crush non-recyclables to reduce volume. 5. Resource system: After further classification, recyclables are cleaned, reprocessed and made into new products; kitchen waste can be composted. After domestic waste is treated, recyclables are reprocessed into new products, kitchen waste is converted into compost or energy, and non-recyclables reduce landfill demand and reduce environmental impact.

Full sealed mechanical type waste garbage sorting machine also named trash sorting equipment and separating machine, the raw material could be indvided into 6 kinds material after processing :
1. lnorganics : stone / brick or cement. after processing as the material of construction .
2. Non recycled burning material :Pyrolysis gasification system as heating source.
3. the organics and sand as raw material of fertilizer . 4. The plastic : wood pellet or plastic particle. 5. lron selling to market directly 6. Ferrous metal sells to market directly or as to melt as ingot The whole system consist : waste storage bin , break , screen ,winnowing screen , gravity separator , magnetic , tranport etc.
Working Process of Waste Sorting Plant:
Forklifts deliver the collected waste to the intake platform where it's transferred via feed hopper for initial processing.
A distributing feeder regulates the waste flow before the conveyor system transports it uniformly to subsequent stages.
Manual sorters stationed along the conveyor platform remove oversized items and contaminants from the moving waste stream.
A trommel screening unit segregates materials by size, with adjustable parameters to meet specific operational requirements.
Separated plastics undergo compaction in baling machines; dense inert materials get routed for landfill or brick manufacturing; recoverable resources are extracted for recycling.
Modular design allows full customization of all sorting line components to accommodate varying municipal waste characteristics.
