Products Description

The small copper rice machine is a device specially used to separate copper metal and plastic (or other insulating layers) in waste wires and cables. Through crushing, sorting and other processes, pure copper particles (commonly known as "copper rice") and plastic particles are finally obtained to achieve efficient recycling of resources. Due to its small size, low investment and flexible operation, it is widely used in family workshops, small waste recycling stations or small and medium-sized recycling enterprises.

Copper Wire Recycling Machine

Copper wire granulator is used to recycle waste wires and cables, such as automobile wires, motorcycle wires, communication cables, etc. It has high economic efficiency, separation rate of 99.99%, dust collection efficiency of 99%.

Output from 30kg/h to 1000kg/h. This machine can recycle the copper wire which diameter is 0. 3 mm-35 mm.

The core goal of the small copper rice machine is to efficiently separate copper and plastic.

The main processes include:
1. Crushing: Cut the waste wires and cables (usually ≤20mm in diameter) into uniform small particles (generally 2-8mm) through a crusher to initially separate the copper core from the plastic.
2. Sorting: Using the differences in physical properties (such as density, conductivity, weight, etc.), the copper particles and plastic particles are completely separated by wind sorting, vibration screening or electrostatic sorting.
Some small equipment may simplify the process (such as only crushing + wind separation), but the purity of copper must still be guaranteed (usually ≥99%).
