Working principle of garbage pre-shredder:
Cutting by knives: Garbage pre-crushers are usually equipped with sharp knives or blades, which are mounted on rotating shafts or fixed inside the cavity of the machine. When the machine is started, the knives rotate at high speed or cooperate with each other to cut and tear the garbage entering the machine, breaking large pieces of garbage into smaller pieces.
Using extrusion and shear force: In addition to the cutting action of the knives, some garbage pre-crushers also crush garbage by extrusion and shear force. The design inside the machine makes the garbage be cut by the knives while being squeezed and sheared from different directions, further breaking the garbage into smaller particles.
Advantages of garbage pre-shredder
Improve processing efficiency: breaking large pieces of garbage into small pieces is conducive to the subsequent processing process. For example, in the incineration process, the crushed garbage can be burned more fully, improving the incineration efficiency; in recycling, smaller garbage fragments are easier to classify and process.
Reducing transportation costs: After pre-crushing, the volume of garbage is reduced, and it can take up less space during transportation, thereby reducing the number of transportation vehicles and transportation times, and reducing transportation costs.
