1. The self-drilling and self-tapping screws feature a Fried Dough Twists drill point design at the screw tail, with a hardness of up to HRC55-60. They can directly drill into substrates such as thin steel plates, color steel plates, and galvanized sheets with a thickness of ≤2mm, without the need for pre-drilling, tapping, or the use of nuts.
   The operation process is simplified to two steps: "positioning → tightening", which can be completed by a single person using an electric wrench, saving more than 50% of installation time compared to ordinary self-tapping screws. The drill bit has strong cutting ability and does not get stuck when penetrating thin metal sheets, making it suitable for batch assembly scenarios such as construction sites and the erection of color steel houses.
2. The countersunk head structure is flat and concealed without interference. The head is designed as a conical countersunk head, which can be fully embedded into the counterbore of the workpiece after tightening, flush with the surface of the plate, without any protruding parts.
   It will not scratch passing personnel or clothing, nor will it affect the subsequent coating and laminating processes on the surface of the board; the fitting surface of the countersunk head and counterbore can distribute the tightening pressure, avoiding deformation of thin boards due to excessive local stress, and enhancing the stability of fastening.
3. 410 stainless steel material, rust-resistant and weather-resistant + excellent strength. 410 stainless steel belongs to martensitic stainless steel, with a chromium content of about 11.5%-13.5%. Compared to carbon steel drill tail screws: it has basic rust-resistant ability, can withstand environmental erosion such as indoor humidity and outdoor rain, is not prone to rust, and is suitable for semi-outdoor scenarios such as color steel houses and fences; after quenching treatment, its tensile strength and shear strength are higher than ordinary stainless steel self-tapping screws, and it can withstand wind loads, vibrations, and other working conditions of thin metal components, making it less prone to fracture.
