Made of medium carbon steel or alloy steel, after quenching and tempering heat treatment, its tensile strength can reach 1000MPa and yield strength can reach 900MPa, which is more than 1.2 times that of ordinary 8.8 grade screws. It can withstand the impact load, continuous vibration, and high shear force of heavy equipment (such as machine tool fixtures, mold pressing plates, and steel structure connections). The high strength characteristic can prevent screws from breaking and deforming under heavy load conditions, making it suitable for industrial machinery, construction machinery, and other scenarios where the strength of fasteners is strictly required.
