After tempering heat treatment and quenching treatment, the tensile strength can reach 1200MPa, and the yield strength can reach 1080MPa, which is more than 1.5 times that of grade 8.8 screws. It can withstand the high-load impact and continuous vibration of heavy-duty molds, machine tool spindles, gearboxes, and other equipment. The hexagonal drive structure can transmit greater torque, and there are no issues such as screw breakage or slot slippage during tightening, making it suitable for precision transmission scenarios with heavy loads and high-frequency operation.
2. With a pointed/flat end structure, precise positioning + stop and anti-loosening mechanism, the machine screw features a headless design, with the tail commonly featuring three structures: pointed (tapered), flat, and concave.
