Galvanized Perforated Mesh Product Overview:

The 1000×2000mm galvanized perforated sheet is a mesh plate made of Q235 low-carbon steel as the base material, processed by precision punching technology, and surface-treated with hot-dip galvanizing/electro-galvanizing. Designed specifically for slag separation and filtration scenarios in industrial, water treatment, chemical and other fields, it can efficiently intercept solid impurities and achieve solid-liquid/solid-gas separation.

Working Principle of the Product:

When the slag-containing fluid (liquid/gas) flows through the surface of the galvanized perforated sheet, solid slag larger than the hole diameter will be intercepted by the filter screen and accumulated on the mesh surface; the fluid meeting the hole diameter requirement will pass through the mesh smoothly, thus completing the core function of slag separation and filtration. The mesh plate with corresponding hole diameter can be flexibly selected according to the particle size of the slag.

Product Instructions:

According to the filtration requirements, select the mesh plate with matching hole diameter. Ensure the mesh surface is flat during installation to avoid wrinkles affecting the filtration effect.
Regularly clean the slag intercepted on the mesh surface, which can be washed with a high-pressure water gun or manually cleaned. Do not use sharp tools to scratch the mesh surface to avoid damaging the galvanized layer.
If not in use for a long time, clean the mesh plate thoroughly and store it in a dry place to prevent local rust in a humid environment.
