We select qualified 1060/3003 aluminum alloy coils/sheets, test thickness, flatness and material composition to eliminate defective raw materials and ensure consistent base material quality.
CNC Automatic Punching Molding
Imported digital punching machine with customized round hole mold. The aluminum plate is fixed and fed automatically, continuous high-speed stamping to form uniform round holes. The equipment controls punching pressure to avoid plate deformation and burrs on hole edges.
After punching, the panels go through automatic wire drawing and deburring machine to remove tiny burrs on inner hole and edge, then surface polishing to make the plate flat and smooth without scratches.
According to customer drawings, carry out secondary processing: straight cutting to fixed size, bending into arc/right angle shape, welding splicing, flanging edge reinforcement, assembling metal frames.
Mill Finish: Original aluminum surface, low cost, for indoor temporary decoration
Anodizing: Oxidation film formed on surface, wear-resistant, single metal color, stable for indoor use
Powder Coating: Rich matte/gloss color options, strong adhesion, good anti-rust performance for general outdoor
PVDF Fluorocarbon Coating: High weather resistance, anti-UV, color lasting over 15 years, for high-end exterior facade projects
Inspect hole uniformity, flatness, coating thickness, bending precision one by one. Qualified products are covered with protective film, packed with wooden pallets to prevent collision and scratch during sea transportation.
