Galvanized Anti-Skid Perforated Tread for Construction Stairs or Truck Step
Product Overview:
Our galvanized anti-skid perforated tread is a heavy-duty safety walking plate adopting unique crocodile mouth serrated raised hole design, specially manufactured for construction temporary stairs, truck chassis steps, vehicle access ladders and industrial platform walkways. The one-step stamping forming process creates upturned serrated edges around each hole, forming high-friction anti-slip texture that greatly reduces slipping risks in rainy, muddy, oily and dusty working environments.
The base material is high-strength carbon steel with full hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, which delivers excellent rust and corrosion resistance when exposed to outdoor rain, mud, road salt and construction dust. The perforated crocodile mouth structure allows rainwater, sediment, mud and oil to drain through rapidly, avoiding accumulation on the tread surface. We provide complete customized service for width, length, thickness and hole layout, suitable for light commercial vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, engineering machinery, building scaffolding stairs and factory maintenance platforms. Standard sizes are stocked in large quantity for fast delivery of urgent construction and auto modification orders.

High-strength steel coil feeding: Q235 carbon steel coil selected as raw material with uniform tensile strength.
Integrated crocodile mouth stamping: Special mold one-time punches and bends serrated anti-slip holes on the whole plate.
Deburring & leveling: Roller leveling removes plate warpage, automatic deburring clears sharp edges around all holes and perimeter.
Hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment: Immerse finished plates into high-temperature zinc liquid to form full anti-rust coating.
Fixed-size cutting: Cut galvanized blank into standard or customized tread length and width.
