This is a professional precision micro-hole perforated filter plate customized for fine filtration scenarios, featured with standard 0.6mm round uniform aperture, industrial-grade stainless steel integral punching molding, classified as heavy-duty perforated filter mesh instead of woven wire mesh. Different from ordinary woven filter screen, this punching mesh adopts one-piece CNC hydraulic punching technology, with neat hole edge, no burr, stable hole size and zero hole deformation, which solves the problem of hole displacement and aperture inconsistency of traditional woven mesh under high pressure liquid and gas filtration. We support full-size customization, standard stock sheets and finished filter disc cutting, widely exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Middle East and other regions, compliant with EU RoHS, food contact FDA standard and international metal filtration industry standards, suitable for long-term cyclic fine filtration work in wet, corrosive and high-temperature working environments

Customizable plate thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 2.0mm, standard sheet size 1000*2000mm, 1220*2440mm, customizable irregular size, bending, edging, laser cutting circular filter piece deep processing. All raw materials are original mill certified stainless steel coil, with complete material test report (MTC) provided for every batch of export goods, no recycled mixed steel, stable metal hardness and flat plate surface.

Production Process & Product Unique Advantages:

The whole production process adopts imported precision numerical control punching unit, strictly controlled aperture tolerance ±0.02mm, which ensures consistent 0.6mm filtration precision of each hole, avoids mixed aperture affecting filtration effect. After punching, the mesh plate goes through four processes including deburring, surface pickling passivation, flatness correction and dust-free cleaning, the inner hole wall is smooth without material residue, which effectively reduces material adhesion, improves self-cleaning performance. Compared with common filter mesh products on the market, this 0.6mm micro-hole punching filter plate has prominent practical advantages: first, high structural strength, integral steel plate punching will not loosen, break wire or hole expand under high pressure impact, long service life 3-5 times than woven mesh; second, easy disassembly and cleaning, reusable after high-pressure water washing and ultrasonic cleaning, greatly reduce customer replacement cost; third, uniform air permeability and liquid permeability, stable filtration flow rate, good impurity interception effect for fine particle impurity above 0.6mm; fourth, full anti-rust treatment, no rust powder falling off, no secondary pollution to filtered medium; fifth, high temperature resistant, working temperature support -20℃ to 450℃, adapt to hot liquid, hot gas continuous filtration operation.
