1.5mm Thick Perforated Metal Sheet for Sidewalk Anti-Slip Floor Plate
Product Overview:
This 1.5mm thick perforated anti-slip floor plate is specially developed for pedestrian sidewalks, factory walkways, maintenance platforms and passage walkways. The 1.5mm moderate thickness balances structural strength and lightweight, avoids excessive weight while bearing daily pedestrian walking load.
Adopts hot-dipped galvanized carbon steel or 304 stainless steel raw material for options. Round perforations form anti-slip drainage texture on the plate surface, which can quickly drain rainwater, sewage and mud, effectively prevent pedestrians slipping on rainy days. All hole edges are embossed to form anti-slip raised edges, enhance friction without scratching soles.
We keep large stock of standard size 1000×2000mm 1.5mm perforated sheets, fully support customized cutting, bending, edge wrapping and mounting hole punching. Production Process:
Raw coil feeding: Select 1.5mm uniform thickness carbon steel / 304 stainless steel coil as raw material.
CNC round hole punching & anti-slip embossing: One-step punching and rim pressing to form anti-slip raised edge around each hole.
Roller leveling processing: Eliminate sheet internal stress to guarantee flat laying without arching.
Surface anti-corrosion treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing for carbon steel; pickling passivation for stainless steel.
Custom deep processing: Cut, bend, wrap edge, punch installation holes according to construction drawing sizes.
Load & anti-slip performance inspection: Test bearing capacity, drainage efficiency and surface friction coefficient, qualified panels classified into stock.
