Perforated Metal Sheet Product Overview:
Our round hole perforated sheet is a dedicated sieve plate designed for all kinds of grain sieving equipment and agricultural processing machinery. It is widely used for sorting rice, wheat, corn, soybean, millet and other grains, separating impurities, broken grains and different grain particle sizes. We supply two mainstream raw materials: hot-dip galvanized steel and 304 stainless steel. The round holes are arranged in standard staggered layout with uniform hole diameter and smooth hole walls without burrs, which ensures stable grain sliding and high sieving efficiency, and avoids grain scratching or crushing during screening. This perforated sieve sheet has strong wear resistance and impact resistance, can withstand long-term continuous grain friction and heavy feeding volume. We stock standard sizes 1000×2000mm, and fully customize thickness, hole diameter, sheet length & width according to the internal size of your agricultural sieving machines, threshers and grain cleaning equipment. Automatic deburring & leveling: Roller leveling removes sheet warpage; polishing equipment clears all sharp burrs around holes and edges.
