This round hole perforated metal sheet is produced with two mainstream stainless steel grades, 304 and 316, with neatly arranged standard round holes stamped by high-precision CNC punching machines. Every core parameter including plate thickness, overall length and width, round hole diameter and hole center distance can be fully customized according to customers’ engineering drawings and practical usage demands. Grade 304 stainless steel is suitable for regular ventilation, food processing and indoor decoration fields with basic anti-rust needs, while grade 316 stainless steel features outstanding acid, alkali and salt spray resistance, perfectly matching chemical workshops, coastal facilities and sewage treatment equipment. The stainless steel sheet supports cutting, bending, welding and other deep processing methods, and our factory provides full OEM customized service for global industrial, environmental protection and architectural clients.

Production Process:
The standardized production flow of stainless steel round hole perforated sheets includes incoming inspection of stainless steel raw sheets, surface leveling to eliminate plate warpage, numerical control automatic stamping of customized round holes, full hole edge deburring grinding, customized fixed-size cutting according to customer requirements, optional surface wire drawing or mirror polishing treatment, finished product material testing and dimensional rechecking, and finally wrapped by waterproof PE plastic film and fixed on fumigated wooden pallets for long-distance sea export. Independent quality inspectors supervise every production link to ensure zero defective goods delivered to customers.
