Production Technology:
Hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet is adopted as main raw material, raw plates are leveled before CNC punching to form customized slot or round holes, semi-finished perforated boards go through degreasing and rust removal pretreatment, then electrostatic blue plastic spraying is carried out at constant temperature to form compact blue protective coating, finally cutting and edge polishing are conducted to process the metal screen into finished divider with complete size.
