316L sapphire blue PVD colored stainless steel sheet pairs the superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance of low carbon 316L with a vivid sapphire blue PVD coating. The mirror (No.8) base finish creates a bright, reflective surface with a deep blue tone that changes with the viewing angle.
Because 316L contains molybdenum, this colored sheet is fully suitable for coastal, marine and high humidity environments where ordinary colored sheets would suffer corrosion at cut edges and scratches.
